HAVE QUESTIONS? 

  • Do I need an appointment?
    Yes, and we make it easy to book online. Just visit the "Book Online" page on our website.
  • What time do I drop my pet off for his/her appointment?
    The drop off time for all appointments is 7:30-9:00 am. There is a $5 fee for late drop off and a $25 fee for cancelation without 24 hour notice.
  • If I need to drop off before opening hours, will I be accommodated?
    Yes, if you need to drop off before opening hours please contact us by phone to specify your needed drop off time and book your appointment. We try to accommodate to all of our clients special needs and requests.
